Forklift Trick
In Gta V you can use a forklift to lift vehicles, but not every vehicle, only light ones, like passenger cars.

At the Los Santos Docks there is wrecked tanker ship laying on the bottom of the ocean, inside of the ship is the money

How to get Scuba Gear/Suit
In Gta 5 story mode, you can get scuba gear suit by entering and exiting a Dinghy boat.
The boat spawn at the Los Santos docks on the south location on the map.

Free Vehicle Tunning
In Gta 5, Franklin can purchase the Los Santos Customs car shop in Grand Senora Desert for $250k, allowing him to get all vehicle modifications for free at that location.
Orange Ball
The Big Orange Ball in Gta 5 is located in the Vinewood Hills, specifically resting on top of a small white shed/juice stand on a hill near the Lake Vinewood Estates area.
