You can equip all base Ultimate Skills and gain 15 Ranks in them.
Hitting enemies with Non-Ultimate Skills builds up your Ultimate Skill damage by 1.7-2.5%, up to 170-250%.
After starting Ultimate Skills, this damage bonus is reset once all have ended.
Now also grants Skill Ranks to Command Laalish when Rictus of Terror is Equipped.
