2. Run the Dungeons:
Open the Escalation Sigil from your inventory and complete the dungeon sequence. Astaroth awaits at the end of the chain.
3. Beat the Boss:
You will fight him mounted on the Amalgam of Rage. Once the Amalgam drops to low health, it will submerge to regenerate while Astaroth fights on foot.
Defeat him before the Amalgam revives.
